			<description>Businesses tend to attract traffic and when it comes down to it, UMASS is a business.
The university's students benefit the town of Amherst in so many ways that the residents should be eager to encourage students to go into town, rather than make it more difficult.
And to the man who bought his house over the internet? 
If you are willing to drop a cool million on something you haven't even seen in person, then I'm guessing you aren't struggling to make ends meet.</description>

			<description>I would also like to point out that at this point in time, during this recession, there is virtually no place where people can sell their houses for more than they paid. People simply aren't buying houses. Give it a few years and they can resell their houses at their desired prices.</description>
